摘　　要：从热力学第二定律中的熵增理论出发，探讨热力学与商品经济学的关系．强调在商品生产和销售过程中必须遵循热力学中熵的定律，为建立开放的生产和销售体系，奠定了理论基础．This paper approaches on the relationship between thermodynamics and commodity economics on the basis of the entropical theory of the second thermodynamical law. It is specially emphasized that the entropical law of thermodynamics must be follawed in the process of production and sell, which lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of a open system of production and sell.
