摘  要:针对大多数程控用户交换机只能打印用户通话详细记录(SMDR),而不能进行计费的统计管理问题,设计开发了一种适用于程控用户交换机的计费管理系统。其实现方法是利用8031微处理器及大规模集成电路(LSI)构成计费系统的前台机,完成对SMDR信号的采集、处理、存储及传送;利用IBM个人计算机和打印机构成计费系统的后台机,完成话单的接收、处理,用户通话费用的统计、显示和打印以及费率、附加费用等数据的设置;前后台机之间采用电流环路串行通信接口,从而降低了数据传输的误码率,增加了传输距离。经实践证明,系统运行可靠,前台最远安装距离可达2km,结帐准确率达到了99%。In view of the problem that most of program control PABX can only print im-mediately SMDR (station message detailed recording ) ,but not carry out charging statistics and management, a kind of charging administration system for program control PABX is designed and developed.Implementation method is as follows, the front processor of the charging system,which consists of mi- croprocessor 8031 and LSI (large scale integration), completes the mission that SMDR signals are collected, processed, stored and transmitted. The back pro-cessor, which is composed of IBM PC computer and a printer, accomplishes the task that tickets are received , processed and call charge are counted, dis-played, printed out and data such as charge rate are set up. Error rate of data transmisson is lower and the distance of communication is extended greatly, current loop series interface circuit being applied between the front processor and the back processor.Through applying ,it is proved that the charging sys-tem is high reliable, the back processor can be installed far away from the front processor, the maximum distance is not less than 2 kilometers,the degree of accuracy on accounting is not lower than 99%.
