多波长激光视网膜光凝术治疗寇茨氏病

摘　　要：本文报告应用多波长激光视网膜光凝术治疗18例（18眼）寇茨氏病（Coats＇disease），随诊时间3～156个月（平均11.6个月），视力提高6例（33．3％），不变9例（50％），下降3例（16．7％）。结果表明激光治疗Coats＇病有效、安全。指出了早期诊断治疗、定期随诊的重要性。18 cases of Coats' disease were treated by multi-wavelength laser photocoagulation of the retina. Visual acuity was improved in 6 cases (33. 3% ),unchanged in 9 cases (50% ) and decreased in 3 cases (16. 7% ) during the 3~ 156 months' (average 11. 6 months ) following-up. The results indicated that laser photocoagulation therapy of Coats' disease is effective and safe without complications, and the authors would point out that early diagnosis, treatment and long-term periodically follow-up are of great importance for a good prognosis of the patients.
