摘 要:用间歇法研究了脂肪酸乳液的非等温结晶动力学。对成核过程的研究表明:成核温度和成核时间对饱和酸结晶量的影响很小。研究了分离温度为15℃时五组原料酸的结晶量与结晶时间的关系,确定了每个物系最适宜的结晶时间;建立了结晶量与结晶时间、组成之间的关系式。还发现分离温度的变化能显著改变结晶量。Non-isothermal kinetics of fatty acid crystallization from emulsion is studied in a batch crystallizer. The results of investigation into nucleation show that temperature and time have little influence on tne amount of saturant acid crystallized. The relationships be-tween crystal amount and time are studied for five groups of raw fatty acids at a seperating temoerature of 15C,The optimal crystallizing time for each material system is determined. It is found that variation in seperating temperature changes the crystal amount significantly. An empirical equation determining the crystal amount as a function of time and composition is presented.
