摘  要:Photosynthetic oxygen evolution and respiratory oxygen consumption are important physiological indexes. These oxygen exchanges in algae cells can be usually measured with an oxygen electrode. Nostoc flagelliforme is a species of terrestrial cyanobacteria with the high economical value. Up to date, the cyanobacterium cannot be cultivated because its physiology is little known. As the metabolic activity in N. flagelliforme is quite low,
