对军人心理健康状况及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：对1423名军人的心理健康及其影响因素研究表明:①军人心理障碍总的发生率:轻度占19.3％,中度以上占1.2％,以老战士为著。②影响军人心理健康状况的主要因素有:负性一年内生活事件频率及—LCU,个性的N、E、L、P量表,精神疾病家族史,城乡、年龄、文化程度和职业等因素。An investigation of the mental health and influenceable factors on 1423 armymen was presented in this paper. The results showed: (1)The general incidence of psychological disturbance with mild degree was 19. 3% and the moderate and severe degrees were 1. 2%. Higher incidence was seen in veterans group. (2) The main influenceable factors in the mental health were the negative life event in one year prior to survey,negative LCU,subscale of E P Q (N. E. L. P), family history of mental disorder,town or countryside,age, cultural degree and occupation.
