间歇PEEP辅助呼吸抢救COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭20例临床观察

摘　　要：本文收集我院 COPD 并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭40例患者,在常规治疗基础上,随机抽出20例行间歇PEEP 辅助呼吸,治愈率占80%,平均治愈天数16±4.8天。对比疗效,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。提示间歇PEEP 辅助呼吸是治疗 COPD 并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭病人的重要辅助治疗之一。40 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)complicated by the breath exhaustion Ⅱ were collected in our sanatorium.20 ones selected at random were given the intermittent PEEP auxiliary respiration(refered as treated group)and another 20 ones were control group.Both groups were treated with the common program at the same time.The curative rate of the treated group was 80% and the mean curative time was 16±4.8 days.Compared with the control group,the effect of the treated one was better obviously(p<0.05).It was suggested that the intermittent PEEP auxilitary respiration was one of the important methods to rescue the COPD complicated by the breath exhaustion Ⅱ.
