摘　　要：杨解君教授的《中国行政法的变革之道——契约理念的确立及其展开》是一部富有理论创新内涵的行政法学著作。该书提出和论证的行政法应该确立契约理念的观点,突破了传统行政法学理论对于契约的认识,也是对传统公法、私法界分理论的挑战。这一观点与人类社会进步的一般规则和中国社会转型的时代发展脉络相契合,具有深刻的革命性意义。The book Road to Transforming Administrative Law in China： Establishment and Extension of Contract Idea by professor Yang Jiejun is an administrative law work with theoretical innovative meaning. The point of view this book advanced and argued, the establishment of the contract idea in administrative law, which is not only a breakthrough of the traditional administrative theory of contract, but also a challenge of the traditional distinction theory of the public law and the private law, is of profound revolutionary significance, corresponding to the general rule of human society progress and the times development of the contemporary transition in China.
