摘  要:本文报告了四川省大山区血吸虫病流行面积最广,感染率最高的高原平坝型河谷阶也流行情况、流行特征和流行因素。调查证明,大山区以农业为主的河谷阶地,人是血吸虫病的主要传染源,相对传播指数以男性10岁,女性25岁龄组人群最高。居民血吸虫病症状出现率为22.59%。“晚血”患病率为3.15%。污染方式以施肥为主,生产接触疫水为主要感染方式。在目前生产条件逐步发展下,疫情有可能这一步加重。因此,控制大山区血吸虫病是一项紧迫的任务。This paper presents the epidemiological situation, characteristic and factors of mountainous terrace type which covers the largest endemic areas and highest prevalence rate of schistosomiasis in Sichuan. In such endemic areas, the results showed that: 1 Human consisted the predominant reservoir in infection. 2 15 -year group had the highest transmission index. 3 22. 5% of the human infections were accompannied with symptoms. 4 Advanced cases rate reached 3. 15%. 5 Manure fertilizer played an important role in transmission. All these were remarkably different from that in mountainous valley type where animal husbandry and agriculturre were the main production. In mountainous terrace type endemic areas, the schistosomiasis situation would be further worsened if the production mode remains as usual. It is recommended that the improvement of ecological environment condition should be taken along with certain extend of control measures.
