日本血吸虫酚酶含量的研究

摘　　要：本文首次报道应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳技术对中国大陆日本血吸虫雌性成虫酚酶同功酶的含量进行研究,103例标本的扫描图谱均呈现出5条主要区带,将103例标本各区带扫描的峰面积值进行统计学处理,分别计算出酚酶同功酶5条区带含量的 1.平均值:分别用算术均数,几何均数和中位效法计算。2.正常值范围:分别以a.正态分布法的95％下限。b.百分位法(P_(2.5)计算。3.平均相对百分含量:以算术均数值计算。本研究为今后在同等实验条件下,研究抗血吸虫药物对该酶的影响提供了对照标准。The present paper reported for the first time the research on the normal value of pheno-lase in adult female S. japonicum from the mainland of China. Phenolases were seperated with isoelectric focusing electrophoresis. Five characteristic bands of the isoenzyme were shown on each gel of 103 samples. The contents were determined with photodensitoscanner and analysed with statistics: the average level (arithmetic, geometric and median), the normal range (normal distribution and percentile methods), and the average of relative content percentage. The results might be useful as reference for research on mechanism of schisto-somicides to 5. japonicum.
