摘 要:本文在免疫印渍技术分析斯氏狸殖吸虫成虫抗原成分,显示22、24、26kD抗原蛋白对该病具诊断价值的基础上,将免疫印渍技术诊断16例斯氏狸殖吸虫病人,结果全呈阳性反应;同时检测的24例对照血清中,10例日本血吸虫病人、4例华支睾吸虫病人、10例正常人均呈阴性反应。结果进一步表明22、24、26kD抗原蛋白为斯氏狸殖吸虫的特异性诊断抗原,免疫印渍技术为斯氏狸殖吸虫病的高度特异、敏感的一种新型诊断方法。We had analysed adult worm antigen of Pagumogonimus skrjabini (P. s. ) by im-munoblotting and showed that major protein bands of 22、24、26kD were recognized by the sera of the infected humans and animals. The present paper used this immunoblotting method for diagnosis of 16 cases of pagumogonimiasis. The diagnostic bands showed positive reaction with the examined human serum. While 24 control sera, including 10 cases of schis-tosomiasis, 4 cases of clonochiasis and 10 healthy persons were all negative. The results indicated that 22、24、26kD antigenic proteins of P. s. were useful diagnostic antigens and immunoblotting will be a new specific and serodiagnostic method for pagumogonimiasis.
