改善他励直流电动机起动、制动特性的探讨

摘　　要：本文从原理和实验两个方面都证明采用 GTR 斩波器,自动调节他励直流电动机电枢回路附加电阻 Rc,使其等效阻值与转速成线性变化。从而可以保持在起动、制动过程中,起、制动转矩基本恒定不变。这将对住复式可逆拖动系统的节能和提高工效有一定的意义。This paper demonstrated that with a GTR chopper and the autoregulations of the external resistance Rc in the amature circuits of a separately excited DC motor,the equivalent values of Rc varied with the motor speed linearly from principles and experiments.Thus,in the processes of starting and braking a motor,the torque of the both processes could be made constant.Therefore the energy expense in backward and forward reversible drives could be reduced while the working efficiency could be improved.
