烧伤血浆毒性物质对大鼠循环功能的影响

摘　　要：本文选用48只Wistar大鼠,观察了烧伤8小时后血浆毒素(BPT)对其颈动脉血压、心率、心电活动及呼吸功能的影响。结果表明:1.BPT使心率明显减慢,由356±18.9减至302±14.7次/分;收缩压和舒张压分别降至对照值的69%和59%,均P<0.001;2.抑制心电活动,在标准Ⅱ导联,P波、QRS波和T波的幅度分别为对照值的64%、72％和78％,均P<0.001,P—R间期略延长;3.给动物预先注入受体阻断剂后再注入BPT,血压和心电图各波仍显著低于对照值;4.在血压下降的同时,呼吸加深加快,其频率由120次/分增至170次/分,P<0.001。上述结果揭示,BPT对循环及心电图活动有显著的抑制效应,此抑制效应与M受体无关,可能是通过直接减弱心缩力或扩张外周血管的结果。呼吸功能改变的机制有待进一步研究。It was carried out in 40 wistar rats this experiment the effect of burned plasmic toxin (BPT) on the arterial blood pressure,heart rate of normal rats and respiratory function of normal rats were observed. The result showed that: 1. The heart rate reduced obviously from 356±18.9 to 302±14. 7 beat/min ;systolie pressure and diastolic pressure reduced to 69% and 59% of contral value respectively (P<0.001). 2. Electrical actively of heart was inhibited. In the standard bipolar (Ⅱ) leads P wave. QPS complex wave and T wave were decreased to 64%,72%and 78% of contral value respectively (P<0. 001) P-R interval prelonged slightly; 3. Venous injection of atropin did not changed the depressed effect of BPT on the heart of normal rat;4. When the arterial blood pressure was falling down,the respiratory of aminals become deeper and the respiratory rates increased from 120 times/min to 170 times/min (P<0. 001).These results shown that: BPT can inhibit obviously the function of circulation and electrical activity of heart. But its depressure effect has noting to do with M receptor. It may direct reduced heart contractility or relex external blood vassle. But the respiratory in deeper and more rapid. It need further study.
