摘 要:采用平衡透析法测得3H—利福定在各浓度(1.0~25μg/ml)时的血浆蛋白结合率在74.55±4.05~82.45±2.81之间。5.0~25.0μg/ml浓度范围内其血浆蛋白结合率无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明在一定浓度范围内利福定血浆蛋白结合率无浓度依赖性。用5.0μg/ml浓度分别和不同浓度异烟肼、乙胺丁醇合用;或用不同透析液、不同透析条件,观察到异烟肼在1.50μg/ml时明显降低利福定血浆蛋白结合率。低温使利福定血浆蛋白结合率到达平衡的时间显著延长。Plasma protein bindingand affect factors of ~3H-Rifandin was studied by an equilibrium dialysis technique. The results showed that the binding of ~3H-Rifandin was not concentration-dependent in a rang of 5.0-25.0μg/ml. As control with 5.0μg/ml, with addition of Rimifon and Ethambutol or under variety of equilibrium conditions,it was found that the binding of ~3H-Rifandin Was affected significantly by addition of Rimifon at 1.5μg/ml. With equilibrium solution of variance ion concentration or serum had no difference comparing with KRB solution and plasma. Low temperature did not affect binding rates of ~3H-Rifandin, but made equilibrium time significantly prolonged.
