摘　　要：本文探讨地质勘查市场的总供给与总需求的特点,将其区分为潜在总供给、现实总供给、有效总供给和潜在总需要、现实总需要和有效总需求,提出了地质勘查市场宏观调控的主要内容与要求;阐述了地质勘查市场宏观调控的必要性及其运行机制、调控方式和手段、目标原则和相应政策。The article discusses the characteristics of the total supply and demand of the geological prospecting market, and on this basis, further divides them into Potential total supply, actual total supply and essential total supply, and Potential total demand, actual total demand and essential total demand. While stressing the necessity of exercising maero-control and regulation over this market the authors express their views on the scope, requirements and mechanism of this work, as well as the ways and means of carrying it out, including the objective principles and relevant policies to be adopted.
