摘　　要：本文论述了对自然资源的研究的重要意义,必须保持自然资源的合理开发利用,使经济增长与资源和环境保护相对协调。文章还分析了我国矿产资源的形势和矿业发展的现状与问题,认为矿产资源政策的制定必须以矿产资源的客观规律为根据,并对我国矿产资源资产及其管理机制的改革提出了设想。The article stresses the importance of natural resources study and sustained rational development and utilization so as to cope with the country's economic growth and enyironmental protection. With an analysis of the situation of China's mineral resources and mining development, as well as the problems exisned therein, the author holds that the formation of polidies with regard to mineral resources development should be based on the objoetive law of the resources, Comments on reforming the administrative system in this resepet are put forward.
