50例肾虚肝郁不孕症患者人格结构分析

摘　　要：现代医学研究表明,心理因素和个性特征是不孕的重要原因。1988年我们曾用EPQ对肾虚肝郁不孕症患者进行个性心理测验,其具有神经质的倾向与正常生育期妇女比较有非常显著的差异(P【0.01)。为进一步探讨肾虚肝郁型不孕症患者的个性特征,及其对不孕的影响。Using the 16 personality factor questionaire, which is generally recognized to be highly reliable, the authors conducted psychological tests for infertility patients due to hypoluteoidism caused by blood disorder. The results suggested that the emotions of the patients were markedly negative in nature, being worried, irritable, depressed and pessimistic, which were significantly different from normal women (P<0.001). Clinical manifestations were aching loin, distending breasts, aversion to cold, coldness and pain in the hypogastrium,stuffy chest, irritability, restlessness, etc. They were all of the type of deficiency of the kidney and stagnation of liver qi according to TCM differential diagnosis.
