温经散寒和活血化瘀药物对寒凝血瘀模型的验证

摘　　要：寒凝血瘀临床多见,主要表现为微循环障碍,血液瘀滞,血栓形成。本实验采用冷冻法制作寒凝血瘀动物模型,通过多种指标检测,表明具有血瘀证特征。为了进一步验证模型的合理性,我们用温经散寒和活血化瘀药物对其进行实验性治疗,观察药物对模型的影响。 1 材料和方法 1.1The rabbit model of blood stasis due to coldness is manifested mainly by disturbance of microcirculation,stasis of blood, and thrombosis. By using drugs such as Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae,Radix Aconiti Praeparata,Cortex Cinnamomi.Rhizoma Zingiberis,Rhizoma Curcumae Longae.etc. , it is possible to relieve symptoms of animals with stasis of blood due to coldness. cause mild pathological changes in the organs and local skin, improve microcirculation of bulbar conjunctiva.blood rheology,coagulation indexes and thromboxane, and increase blood circulation. All this indicates the reliability and reversibility of the model.
