摘　　要：针对原金属型铸造铝合金锥杆件有气孔,缩松等缺陷,改为液态模锻进行研究,并设计了液态模锻模具,选择了主要工艺参数。This paper has studied liquid die forging of taper-rod parts of aluminum alloy, which were originally casted in metal mould, and the defects such as blowhole and pin- holes were existed in casting. Thus we have designed the die of liquid die forging, selected main techological parameters, improved the quality of products and reduced the costs.
