我国碳排放交易市场的多主体仿真探讨

摘　　要：借鉴国外碳排放交易市场的经验并结合我国的具体国情,对构建我国碳排放交易市场的碳排放总量、交易主体、政策等进行了分析,提出采用多主体仿真方法构建我国碳汇市场.对实际构建过程中的碳汇市场主体的界定、环境制约因素、相关机制的完善进行了探讨,以期为我国碳排放交易市场提供一种新的研究思路.In light of the experience, of foreign carbon emissions trading market and China＇s specific conditions, this paper makes an analysis of China＇s total emissions volume, trading agents, and emissions policy, and suggests adopting a multi-agent simulation method to construct the country＇s carbon trading market. It also explores the definition of the agents in the emissions trading market, the restricting environmental factc,rs and the improvement of related policies and provides a new research approach to constructing China＇s carbon emissions trading market.
