摘 要:市场竞争已进入服务竞争时代。企业竞争的焦点转向服务。优质服务成为企业新的利润源。我国企业应更新观念,采取措施,重视服务因素在市场营销中的作用,适应市场竞争的变化,提高自己的竞争能力。Market competiton has entered the age of service competition, with the focus of competition being turned to service. High-quality service has become a new source of profit for China' s enterprises. Accordingly, they should renew their concepts, adopt necessary measures and attach importance to the factor of service in marketing, so as to be more competitive in the face of the everchanging market competition.
