摘　　要：本文从博物馆收藏、陈列和科学研究三个方面揭示了目前博物馆工作中文化意识的薄弱现象。并分别对上述三方面,注入文化意识、加强文化研究提出了建设性意见。作者认为,博物馆拥有数以千万计的文化遗物,应该在文化改革的时代中,加强文化观念,更好地发挥自己的文化优势。This article reveals, from three aspects: collection, display and science research, the weak phenomenon on cultural consciousness in museum work currently, and puts forward proposals for pouring into cultural consciousness, enhancing cultural research on above three aspects. The writer considers, in the times of cultural reform, museums must strengthen cultural sense so as to give full play to the cultural superiority because museums own tens of millions of cultural relics.
