摘 要:较之钽电解电容器,NbO电解电容器电性能更好且价格较低。介绍了NbO电解电容器的结构和制造工艺。从材料及器件制备工艺两方面综述了国内外最近关于NbO电解电容器的研究新进展:通过镁蒸气两步还原法制备流动性较好的NbO粉体;对NbO粉进行掺杂和改性处理;在石墨层和银层中加入导电聚合物层,改善漏电流性能。最后对NbO电解电容器的前景进行了展望。Compared with tantalum electrolytic capacitor, NbO electrolytic capacitor show superior electrical performance and lower price. In the present review, the fabrication technique and structure of NbO electrolytic capacitor were introduced, and the recent progresses in the fabrication of NbO electrolytic capacitor were reviewed in terms of the raw material and fabrication technique. The progresses discussed include: synthesis of NbO powder with high mobility by two-step reduction in Mg vapor atmosphere; improving the electrical properties of NbO powder by doping; reducing the leakage-current of capacitor by introducing a conductive polymer layer between the graphite and silver layers. Some potential future developments in NbO electrolytic capacitor were discussed finally.
