摘 要:采用免疫细胞化学 PAP 技术,对不同胚胎龄(8~40周)的53例人胚胎小肠的亮氨酸—脑啡肽(L-ENK)、降钙素基因相关系肽(CGRP)、神经肽 Y(NPY)、P 物质(SP)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)等五种肽能神经的发生发育过程进行了观察,并应用形态计量方法和显微分光光度计对阳性神经元及神经纤维进行了定量测定,发现肽能神经元属“小神经元”,肽能神经发育的峰值在胚胎期四~六月。The ontogeny and development courses of 5 types of peptidergic innerva-tion (L-ENK,NPY,SP,VIP,and CGRP) of small intestine in 53 human fetu-ses with gestational ages varying between 8 and 40 weeks were studied byimmunocytochemistry (PAP),microspectrophotometry and morphological me-thods.The quantity of 5 types of peptidergic nerves of small intestine inhuman fetuses were determined.The results suggest that the positive peptider-gie neurons are “small neurons” and there is a peak period in the developmentof peptidergic innervation of small intestine in human fetuses,i.e.4-6 mon-ths of gestation.
