摘  要:本文通过研究 BAU-2诱导的雄性不育小麦花粉发育过程中的显微、亚显微结构变化,探讨了 BAU-2诱导小麦雄性不育的细胞学作用机制。观察结果表明:(1)单核小孢子发育至大液泡时期(单核小孢子中晚期)败育而形成败育花粉,是 BAU-2诱导雄性不育的原因。(2)单核小孢子败育与花药绒毡层的功能异常密切相关。(3)与小麦 T 型雄性不育系相比,BAU-2诱导产生的雄性不育小麦花粉败育程度更彻底。Studies on the cytological mechanism of BAU-2 inducing male sterility have been done in this work.The results indicated:(1)The abortion of one nucleus microspore in the vacuole stage,which can develope abortive pollen,was responsible for the BAU-2 induced male sterility.(2)The abortion of one nucleus microspore was related closely with the functional abnormality of tapetum in anther.(3)The abortive degree of the pollen from BAU-2 induced male sterile plants was more critical than that from T -Cytoplasmic male sterile wheat.
