化学杂交剂BAU—2诱导春小麦雄性不育的研究

摘　　要：连续两年的试验结果表明:BAU-2对供试各品种(系)均有诱导雄性不育效果,不育率>95%;用0.2%,0.3%浓度的 BAU-2在小麦花粉的母细胞形成期至减数分裂期喷施效果最佳,人工饱合授粉结实率为53.0%,天然异交结实率为47.8%;喷药后,小麦抽穗推迟2～4天,株高略有降低。This paper reported mainly about studies on male sterility in wheat variety(strain of breed)of different ecotype in Heilongjing province induced by BAU-2.The results of two years experi- ments as follows;(1)BAU-2 could generlly induce male sterility in experimental variety(strain of breed).The level of male sterility was up to 100%.(2)With application of BAU_2 of 0.2% or 0.3% con- centration from the formation of pollen mother cell to the meiosis of pollen mother cell the effect was the best.(3)The treated plants delayed the heading date from two to four days and also reduced the plant height. It was possible to get higher seed yield of hybrid,combined the varieties ecosystem characterization, proper seed parent selection with BAU_2.
