化学杂交剂BAU—2对普通小麦籽粒灌浆特性影响的初步研究

摘　　要：本文就新型化学杂交剂 BAU—2对小麦籽粒灌浆特性的影响进行了初步研究,结果表明:(1)经 BAU—2处理后,在灌浆过程中输送到籽粒的物质浓度变小,干物质积累减慢,从而导致籽粒干物质积累减少,粒重降低。而籽粒体积受影响较小。(2)BAU—2药剂浓度对籽粒灌浆有影响,表现为浓度越高,影响越大。(3)不同品种受影响程度不同,在两个供试品种中农大015对药剂较2410敏感。A new chemical hybridzins asent BAU-2 were used to study its effect on wheat srain fill- ins.The main results were as follow:1.After plants treated by BAU-2,the material density transported to srains was lower,rate of dry matter accumulation reduced,and so little amount of dry matter accumula- tion in srain than check,but the asent has not disnificant side effect on kernel volume.2.Different density of BAU-2 has different side effect on srain fillinss,side effect of 0.1% density was smaller than that of 0.2%.3.Side effects of BAU-2 were different amons varieties,BAU O15 showed more sensitive than 2410.
