摘  要:msp—pz 雄性不育系发现于一个诱变的 M2代株系。控制雄不育性的 msp—pz 基因属隐性遗传,在太原地区 mspmsp—pz 不受光温影响而稳定表现,保持其80%以上的雄性不育性;mspmsp—pz 的雄性不育基因 msp—pz 不育性能被一般品种所恢复,并能转育成其它不同类型的msp—pz 雄性不育系;纯合的 mspmsp—pz 单株平均结实率占能育姊妹株(MspMsp、Mspmsp)单株平均结实率的15+1%;mspmsp—pz 自交产生的部分种子能够保持不育特性,从而起到一系两用的作用;mspmsp—pz 的雄性能育性比 mslmsl、MBY、LKBY、RBY—2等其它雄性不育系显著提高;用三种不同的授粉方式给 mspmsp—pz 授粉,其异交率分别为8.1%、13.7%、19.4%。A male sterile line(msp-pz)was discovered among the M_2 generation of soybean induced by gamma-iradiation.Its male sterility was controlled by recessively inherited nuclear gene msp.Male sterility was expressed when the line had msp rasp genotype.The expression of male sterility of the line was not af- fected by environmental factors such as light and temperature.The percentage of selfseeding varied from 0% ~26%,with an average of 15±1%.Female fertility was higher than ms1.WBY and LKBY lines.Cross- fertilizaticn was obtained with three mothods,the seeding percentage was varied from 8.1%~19.4%.The seed yield of the F1 hybrid was significantly higher than both parents.These results indicate that this male sterile line can be very use in cross breeding,whileits practical application was affected mainly by the density of natural cross-pollination vectors.
