新疆骆驼生理生化血液流变常值测定研究

摘　　要：新疆驼历史悠久，是古代重要交通工具。现在全疆存栏１６万峰，除役用外，其肉味鲜，驼蜂还是名贵佳希，驼绒是优良的纺织工业原料。骆驼还有其自身的特性：其红细胞精圆，有核，ＲＢＣ值高，耐干渴、耐饥饿、耐酷热、耐严寒、耐风沙、耐空气稀薄，强嗜盐性，厌湿性等特点。到目前为止尚无人对其生理生化血液流变学常值进行系统的测试研究。本文作者于１９９２年７月在新疆阜康县，１９９２年８～９月在乌鲁木齐东山区，进行了这些方面的测试研究工作，以供生物医学工程学，生物物理学，兽医临床，畜牧育种等科技工作者参考。Xinjiang camel was a kind of important transport tools in ancient times. There are six- teen thousand camels at hand now. Except its endurance of draught, its meat tastes delicious and its hump is a sort of precious delicacy. Camel hair is excellent material for weaving industry. It has nu- meral autocharacteristics, namely, the red blood cell(RBC) is ellipic and nucleated; the number of RBC is high; endurance of thirst and starvation ; endurance of extreme change of weather; endurance of wind and dust and endurance of altitude anoxia ,etc. There is no report about the normal values of physiolo- gy, biochemistry and hemorheology of the camel. The authors have taken this study for three months in two different areas. This report suggests same reference for workers of bio - medical engineering, biophysics, veteri- nary clinics and dairy-breeding.
