补中益气汤的药理作用研究——抗胃粘膜损伤作用与机理

摘　　要：补中益气汤水煎剂预先灌胃大鼠,能有效地预防无水乙醇、0.6N HC1、0.2N NaOH和消炎痛对大鼠胃粘膜的急性损伤作用。该方有提高正常大鼠以及消炎痛处理大鼠胃壁结合粘液含量和腺胃部组织PGE_2含量的作用。The effects and mechanisms of BZYQD on protecting gastric mucosal injury in rats were studied. The results showed that BZYQD had a better protective effect on gastric mucosa damage induced by absolute ethanol, 0.6N HCl,0.2N NaOH and indomethacine. The occurrent rate of lesion and lesion index on gastric mucosa were markedly decreased in rats pretrated with BZYQD for 3 hr. than in control group. These effects were in a dose dependent manner at the dosages of 10, 15, 20g/kg. The content of prostagl-andin E2 (PGE2) in gasttric mucosal tissues of normal rats was significantly increased by oral administering BZYQD (10, 20g/kg) for 3 days, one time a ady, and that in rats pretrated with BZYQD for 3 hr. then by oral administering indomethacine in late was sligtly increased. It was found that BZYQD could sligtly increased gastric mucus secretion of normal rats and significantly increased content of mucus of rats pretrated with indomethacine. These results suggested that mechanisms of BZYQD on protecting gastric mucosa form injury may be related to the promotion of the secretion of gastric mucus and the effects on the synthesis of prostaglandin.
