人参抗动脉粥样硬化作用的实验研究——EPMA检测细胞内原位钙含量

摘  要:30只兔分为正常对照组、动脉粥样硬化对照组和人参组。检测血MDA、6-酮-PGF<sub>1<sup>a</sup></sub>、TXB<sub>2</sub>及主动脉壁中层平滑肌胞质原位钙含量等。结果人参无明显抗动脉粥样硬化作用,无阻止细胞内钙超负荷作用。Thirty male New Zealand white rabbits were randomized into 3 groups: normal control group (C) , control group for atherosclerosis (CAS) and Panax ginseng treated group (G) . The experiment lasted for 12 wks. Results: The blood total cholesterol, MDA, TXB2 and in situ calcium content in the cytoplasm of the aortic medial smooth muscle cells (measured with electron probe microanalysis) in group CAS were all markedly higher than those in group C (P<0.05 or 0.01). Ginseng had no inhibitory effect on the increment of those described above. The area of intimal plaques in group G and CAS was 26±7% and 44±8%, respectively. The difference between these two groups was not significant (P>9.05). Although it was reported that Panax ginseng has some anti-atherosclerotic properties, the present study showed no obvious inhibitory effect of ginseng on atherogenesis in vivo.
