摘  要:大鼠用乙酰苯肼造成血虚模型后,全血比粘度(高切和低切)明显降低,而血浆比粘度无变化。给予药物后,黄芪、黄芪加当归(1:1)能使模型组的全血比粘度(高切和低切)升高;黄芪加当归(1:1)、阿魏酸、当归能升高模型组的血浆比粘度。所有给药组均能增加正常大鼠的全血比粘度,其中以黄芪、黄芪加当归、黄芪多糖的作用最显著;黄芪、黄芪加当归能减低血浆粘度,而阿魏酸则使血浆粘度升高。本实验为中医“气能生血”的理论提供了一定的药理学依据。In 'Blood deficiency' rats induced by acetyphenylhydrazing, (APH), some hemolo-gic characters were as follows: decreasing whole blood specific viscosity, but on changing of plasma specific viscosity. On experiments with above 'Blood deficiency' model rats, the results showed that AM and AM-AS (l:l) could go up whole blood specific viscosity of the model group and AM-AS(l:l), PA and AS could promote plasma specific viscosity of the model group. In the normal rats, all of AM, AM-AS(l:l), AS, FA and APS had relative stronger effects that the others. In other hends AM and AM-AS(l:l) could decrease plasma specific viscosity, while FA increased plasma specific viscosity. This experiment has provided Some pharmacological evidence for the theory that 'Qi can promote the production of blood' in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
