中药复方“益智灵”对臭氧所致衰老免疫低下小鼠模型免疫功能改善作用研究

摘　　要：本文从神经免疫及衰老免疫角度,观察了抗脑功能衰退的有效中药复方“益智灵”对臭氧所致衰老免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明小鼠吸入臭氧能抑制其多种免疫功能,口服“益智灵”能明显改善受抑免疫功能,包括T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应、IL-1、2的产生、巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶菌酶活性。药物剂量以小剂量(1g/kg/天)为好。并对“益智灵”免疫药理机理进行了初步讨论。In this paper, in nerve immune and aging immune respects, We reported effect of Chinese Medicire prescription 'Yi Zhi Ling' that acted upon a decline brain functionse on immune function of aging and immunosuppression mouse model by breathing in Ozone. The results showed that breathing in Ozone suppressed immune functions of mice. However 'Yi Zhi Ling' apparently improved Ozone-suppressed immune functions which include T, B Lymphocyte Proliferation, production of IL-1,2,Macrophage Phagocytosis and Sera Lysozyme, the low dose (lg/kg)of the drug is better than large dose(3g/kg). Immunopharmacology mechanism of 'Yi Zhi Ling' is discussed.
