石蓝草煎剂的抗炎作用

摘　　要：石蓝草煎剂34.5g/kg·d与20.0g/kg·d ig给药,连续3d,可显著抑制小鼠巴豆油性耳廓肿胀及角叉菜性大鼠足跖肿胀和琼脂性肉芽组织增生;抑制炎性渗出和白细胞游走;抑制炎性组织中PGE的合成或释放;抑制急性炎症病理损伤过程;对抗组胺、5-HT及PGE_2所致的毛细血管通透性增加的作用,但不影响肾上腺中VilC的含量。Gypsum Fibrosum-Isatis-Gentiana Scabra Mixture' (GIGM) (34.5g/(kg·d) ×3 and 20.0g/(kg·d) ×3, ig) could significantly inhibit acute and chronic inflammation in mice and rats: Such as leucocyte-migration and exudate; the synthesis or release of PGE. and counteract the effect of telangiectatic exudative increase by histamin, 5-HT and PGE2 and inhibit pathologic damage of acute inflammation, but it did not reduce the content of Vit C in adrenal gland.
