摘　　要：结合基于信息系统的体系作战特点和规律，分析了油料保障能力的生成过程，运用系统动力学方法建立了油料保障能力生成模型，进行了能力生成仿真实验和策略分析，初步探讨了油料保障能力生成的内部机理和动态行为，提出了信息化条件下油料保障能力基本形态的实质为基于“信息力”和“结构力”的油料保障能力。Combined with the feature and rule of integrated warfare based on information system, the research analyzes the generation process of POL support ability, sets up quantitative generation model of POL support ability by system dynamics, conducts simulation experiment and strategies analysis, then discusses internal function mechanism and dynamical action in the generation of POL support ability, and ultimately puts forward the essence of POL support ability under informatization condition is an ability based on the force of information and structure, which provides the certain reference to the transformation of generation mode on POL support ability in the new period.
