摘　　要：合作伙伴的评价与选择影响着军事供应链的整体效能。为正确选择军事供应链合作伙伴，提升后勤保障效能，从分析构建军事供应链合作伙伴的评价体系入手，基于多因子影响、多条件变化建立了动态变值、变权模糊评价模型，举例说明了这一模型的可行性。这一研究对正确选择军事供应链合作伙伴提供了有力的支撑。The evaluation and selection of cooperators in the military supply chain plays an important role in impacting the over-all efficiency of the whole military supply chain. In order to choose correct cooperators to improve the logistics efficiency,the research presents the evaluation system of the military supply chain, and then proposes a dynamical and fuzzy model based on the multi-factor and uncertain conditions. At last it gives an illustrative example to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. This research is helpful for selecting correct cooperators.
