藏系绵羊的肺动脉压及有关参数观测

摘  要:本文观测了生活在4700m高原藏系绵羊的肺动脉压、体循环压、红细胞压积、血气分析、左/右心室比值等指标变化。结果表明①生活在此高度的藏羊红细胞数较多而血红蛋白、红细胞压积较低,这种血红蛋白与红细胞比例失调的现象,提示有小型红细胞的倾向。②肺动脉压在高原缺氧作用下发生一定程度的增压反应,表现为肺动脉高压。③藏系绵羊的PaO_2在同海拔高度没有普通绵羊下降明显。以下结果提示藏系绵羊在高原低氧环境中的反应与高原鼠兔和牦牛不同,说明不同种属的生物并不是以一种固定方式来适应高原,而是通过各种途径和方式来取得对高原的最佳适应。We had studied the pulmonary circulation of five adult Tibatan sheep at 4 700m. The mean pulmonary arterial pressure was3.02±0.54 kPa. Comparing with indigenous plateau pika,the value was significantly higher. The pulmonary artery pressure was higher than one—fifth of systemic actery pressure. The ratio of the relative weights of the right and left ventricles was 2.64±0.58. it was concluded that the Tibetan sheep showedpulmonary arterial hypertension and right ventricle hypertrophy, but we can't considered that the tibetan sheep was not adaptive snimal, because they lived at high altitude very well. Maybe the pulmonary bypertension had some physiological function for Tibetan sheep to hypoxic environment. We also found the erythrocyte counts of Tibetan sheep were higher(8.40±1.09×10^(12)/L)and hemotocrits lower(0.35±0.03L/L). These results indicat that the Tibetan sheep have differant adaptive mechanism which compare with other indigenous animals at high altitude. We consider that the different species don't appear same adaPtative pattern to high altitude, moreover, they get different way through evolution to hypoxic environment.
