高原火器伤感染特点的实验研究

摘　　要：本文报告高原地区(海拔3658m)火器伤感染特点,通过32条犬动物试验研究证实,高原火器伤感染的细菌临界标准数量要高于平原地区才引起伤口感染,感染时限明显延长,光镜下发现组织挫伤区范围大,损伤重,震荡区损伤亦较平原重。这些现象与高原地区特定的地理环境有关。This Artide Firstly expounds the infections character isties on the wound injured by the firearm in the highland, of 3658 mertres aboue sea level, through the research by make experiments upon 32 dogs et. Confirmed that in the highland eara only the critical standar quantity of the bacteria of the infections wond injured by firearm be higher than the quantityen the fhatlands can the wound be become inflamed. And the inflammation time will be prolonged. Under the mierosscope, we discovered that the scope of the tissue part contused is large and heavyly injured. Vibrationpart injecred is more seriously than in the flatlands as well. thesse phonomenons usually relate to the specially designated geographical conditions in the highland. We writers consider this result of resareh by making experiment has furnished a reliable theoret bassis for the treatment on both wound at ordinary times and wound by firearm at wartime in the highland. And it will be great value for popular ization and use.
