摘 要:我们在不同海拔地区应用客观测听技术听性脑干诱发电位(ABR)、声导抗、听力计等检查了健康中、老年人的听力,随着海拔的高度的增高都有相应的改变。The study of the electrophysiology in the auditory system was begun to be used in clinical medicine in early 80's in our country. The data in this field on the high altitude area has been rarely reported. So,in 1986~1989, We used objective methods (ABR, ACOUSTIC IMPEDANCE, AUDIOMETRE)to have studied the hearing ability of the healthy middle aged and senior men from different altitude areas including the high altitude (Zhiduo, 4300m), moderate (Xining, 2260m) and plain Suzhou,10m). The results are as follows. 197 persons or 394 ears with normal auditory history and normal cardiorespiratory system (aged 40~70years) from the three different altitudes were selected to be the subjects. Most of the people coming from the high altitude are aged from 40~50 years; and most from plain are aged from 60~70. The early physiological mute of the healhty middle aged and senior persons in high land are showing the symptoms of decreasing hearing ability, prolonged ABR, high static compliance value and increased tyrnppanal pressure. The reasons of that are probablly linked to the hypoxia, Low SaO_2 and Low air pressure in the high land. We considered the high altitude dysaudia to be a clinical sign of the chronic high altitude sick.
