摘 要:本文报导藏系绵羊从高原迁徙平原后血液流变及血气的改变。实验发现:①苏州组ηb、Hct显著低于天峻组(P<0.01):ηP、ηb—1/H、Hb无显著组间差异(P>0.05)。我们称此为“红细胞与血红蛋白的分离现象”,提示藏系绵羊迁徙平原后缸细胞体积和表面积的缩小而降低氧向缸细胞内弥散,以此适应在不同氧分压下的摄氧需要。Hb无显著组间差异还指示;其变化对藏系绵羊适应高原低氧环境,可能不具有重要意义。②天峻组的动静脉氧分压及血氧饱和度、显著低于苏州组(P<0.01);动静脉二氧化碳分压及Ph值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。This article reports the blood rheological changes and blood gas changes on Tibet sheeps migrated from plateau tO Plain. It is known from our experiment as follows: 1 The values of ηb and Hct in Suzhou group were lower than Tianjun group which had significant difference(P<0.01), but the differences of ηp, ηb—1/H and Hb in two groups were not occur (P>0.05). We regard this phenomenon as separation of erythrocyte and hemoglobin. The results point out that the reducing volume and surface area of erythrocytea after the Tibet sheeps migrating to plain which descended the O_2 to diffuse into erythrocytes,and then adapted the oxygen demands under different partial pressure of oxygen. The Hb values of two groups were not differences were not able to she ow important for Tibet aheeps adapted hypoxia at high altitude. 2 The arteriovenous partial prcs ure of oxygen and oxygen saturation of blood in Tianjun group were lower than Suzhou group obviously(P<0.01), but the differences of PaCO_2, PvCO_2 and PH were not occur(P>0.05), The latter may indicate blunting ventilatory threshold of Tibet sheeps.
