一次性宫颈扩张棒在钳刮术中的应用

摘　　要：对202例孕10～16周需行钳刮术者,于术前16～18小时放置一次性宫颈扩张棒,与200例相同孕期术前给予利凡诺宫腔内羊膜腔外注药的对照组比较,扩张宫颈效果满意,差异显著。一次性宫颈扩张棒安全、有效、简便,能减轻病人痛苦,降低手术难度和危险性。Disposable dilator was used in 202 cases with 10～16 weeks gestation who needed dilatation and curettage. The results showed that the adverse reactions and the amount of blood loss during operation showed no signifi-cant difference between the experimental and control groups(P>0.05), but the effect of cervical dilatation was significantly different between them(P<0.05). This method was claimed to be simple,easy,safe,effec-tive,with less distress to the pregnant women.
