摘　　要：对同期研究的二种TCuIUD（TCu220C和TCu200C）进行铜离子(Cu⁺⁺)浓度（200例）测定,体外Cu⁺⁺对精子的影响,改良Sender Cramer′s试验,IUD围排卵期宫颈粘液杀精试验和Cremer′s毛细管试验,体内Cu⁺⁺对精子的影响等研究。临床和基础研究提示TCuIUD有卓越的抗生育效应,但作用尚不完全,提示Cu⁺⁺对精子的影响仅是铜节育器抗生育机理之一。Determination of the concentration of Cu^(++) in cervical mucus after both TCu 220C and TCu 200C(200 cases) at different periods, Cu^(++) effect on sperms in vitro and vivo, modified Sander—Cramer Test, sper-micidal Test of Cu^(++) in cervical mucus at priovulatory period and Cremer's Capillary Tube Test, all these clini-cal and basic studies showed copper T IUDs have an ex-cellent antifertility effecton. It is suggested that the ef-fect of copper on sperms is one of the antifertility mechanism for both TCu IUDs.
