国产复方三相片口服避孕药临床应用研究

摘　　要：1988年2月～1991年12月,402例育龄妇女服用国产复方左旋18甲基炔诺酮(LNG)三相片7030周期,仅1例因漏服5片药而怀孕,校正避孕有效率为100%。周期控制好,经期间出血和无撤退性出血发生率各为1.92%和0.05%。副反应发生率为周期总数的4.1%。药源性停药65例,占服药总人数的16.17%。服药6～59周期每100妇女药源性净累计终止率为0.1266～0.2090。定期复查肝、肾功能、尿糖、血压和体重等均未发现异常。对复方LNG三相片的避孕效果、机理、周期控制及其优越性进行讨论。402 fertile women taking China-made compound LNG tablets for 7030 menstrual cycles from February 1982 to December 1991 were studied. Only one subject became pregnant due to missing of 5 tablets. The adjusted effecacy rate was 100%. The menstrual cycles were controued well. The rates of bleeding between cycles and non-withdrawal bleeding were 1.92% and 0.05% respectively. The side effect rate was 4.1% of the total menstrual cycles. 65 subjects dropped out for medical reasons, accounting for 16.17% of the total subjects. The OC caused net cumulative discontinuation rate was 0.1266 to 0.2099 per 100 women during 6 to 59 weeks of triphasic taking. No abnormalities were found at regular examinations of hepatic function, kidney function, urinary glucose, BP and weight. This article discusses the contraceptive effectiveness, mechanism, cycle controlling and advantages of triphasic compound.
