延边地区围产儿出生缺陷的流行病学调查

摘　　要：延边地区3所医院2年共监测住院分娩围产儿5524例,其中发现畸形儿74例,发生率为13.39‰,神经管畸形缺陷儿34例,发病率为6.15‰,均明显高于全省平均水平。通过两年的监测,对延边朝鲜族地区的出生缺陷发生情况有了一定了解,为开展进一步的防治工作提供了良好的基础。Birth defects were monitored in three hospitals of Yanbian Korean Autonomous District from Oct. 1, 1986 to Sep. 30, 1988. A total of 5524 cases of perinatal fetuses were monitored. among which 74 cases showed fetal abnormalily, the rate was 13.9‰; 34cases had neural tube defects, the rate was 6.15%. Both were higher than those in other districts of our province. The results were analyzed. The causes of birth defects in this area and methods of preventing birth defects wese discussed.
