摘  要:本研究旨在观察Norplant对脂代谢的影响,对象为85例皮下埋植该药1~5年的妇女。测定空腹血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、HDL-C的亚组分HDL<sub>2</sub>-C、HDL<sub>3</sub>-C,载脂蛋白A<sub>1</sub>、B(apoA<sub>1</sub>、B)的水平,计算出低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、HDL-C/TC、HDL-C/LDL-C。结果显示:与对照组相比,TG及apoA<sub>1</sub>显著降低;预测心血管疾病较可靠的指标 HDL-C/TC、HDL-C/LDL-C、apoA<sub>1</sub>/apoB无显著变化。本研究提示:皮下埋植Norplant对脂代谢影响轻微。The study of the effect of Norplant on Lipid metabolism in eighty-five women using Norplant for one to five years was reported. Triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TG), high density lipoproteins-cholesterol(HDL-C, HDL_2-C, HDL_3-C) levels in fasting serum were measured by enzymatic method. Apolipoproteins A_1, B (apoA_1, B) levels were determined by rocket-immunoelec-trophoresis, The present data showed that in different-year groups TG decreased significantly(p<0.05~p<0.01) and apoA_1 decreased for 11%~18%(p<0.05), when compared to the control group. However, the ratios of HDL-C/TC, HDL-C/LDL-C, apoA_1/apoB were not changed significantly. The result implies that the effect of Norplant on lipid metabolism is slight.
