摘 要:本文对32例尿毒症及透析治疗患者的红细胞膜Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)+ATP酶和Na^+-K^+ATP酶活性及红细胞内钙、钠离子浓度进行同步测定。发现尿毒症患者的Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)ATP酶和Na^+-K^+ATP酶活性降低,红细胞内钙、钠浓度升高,经透析治疗2~3个月后,尿毒症患者血清中分子水平降低,Ca^(2+)-Mg^2+AI"P瞎和Na+.K+ATP酶活性恢复.此外,我们还测定了一次血透前后血浆钙及全血离子钙浓度的变化;并将尿毒症组与同期透析治疗组各项指标作了比较,结果发现同期透析治疗患者的膜泵功能明显恢复,血清钙浓度得到纠正.The erythrocyte membrane Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)ATPase and Na^+-K^+ATPase activities as well as red blood cell calcium and sodium concentrations were measured simultaneously in 32 uremic patients. The results showed that erythrocyte membrane Ca^(2+)- Mg^(2+)ATPase and Na^+-K^+ATPase activities were markedly lower in uremic patients as compared to healthy subjects, erythrocyte calcium and sodium levels were much higher in uremia. After 2~3 months dialysis treatment, red blood cell membrane Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)ATPase and Na^+-K^+ATPase activities were elevated and serum middle molecular substances (MMS) were decreased. In addition, the changes of serum and ionized calcium levels were observed by a single hemodialysis treatment. All parameters of uremic patients were compared with contemporaneously dialyzed patients, the result showed that the activities of RBC membrane pump were obviously improved and serum calcium concentration was normal in the dialyzed patients.
