摘　　要：应用高分辨率CT检查32例正常喉部,详细描述了不同层面上正常CT解剖。熟悉正常喉部CT解剖及其分区的解剖标志,有助于早期发现肿瘤、正确估计肿瘤浸润范围,以及合理选择治疗方案和术式。32 cases with normal larynx were exiaminated by high resolution CT. Normal CT anatomy of the larynx was described in detail in different scan section. Familiar with CT anatomy of the larynx and marks dividing its anatomy area will be helpful to detect tumor early and to estimate the extent of tumor accurately, and to select therepy plan and operation method.
