碘水胶选择性支气管造影的实验与临床应用

摘　　要：本文总结用碘水胶经支纤镜选择性支气管造影21例和动物实验研究。结论是碘水胶造影效果良好,排空迅速,无造影剂肺残留,对机体是短时期刺激。对比碘油造影,炎症反应较轻且持续时间较短。未见肺内肉芽肿形成。经支纤镜选择性造影,减少支气管影像重叠,便于观察。尤适用于窥镜下观察不到的外周性支气管、肺部病变。A group of rabbits experiment study and 21 cases of selective bronchography via fiberoptic bronchoseopy(F. B) by C. S. A. I was reported. The results showed that the effect was well in bronchography of C. S. A. I with rapid drainage, no remnant in the lungs, and only transient stimulation to body tissue. Comparing with lipiodal, inflammatory reaction of C. S. A. I was mild and duration was shorter and no granuloma was seen in lungs, The selective bronchography reduced overlapping of bronchial image, making it easy for observation. It was especially useful for peripheral pulmonary diseases with the negative result of F. B.
