音频疗法为主治疗烧伤后遗症疗效观察

摘　　要：随着现代化工农业及交通运输业的发展,家用电器的普及以及煤气使用的日益增加。烧伤的发生也有逐渐增加的趋势。烧伤的面积越大,深度越深,引起机体各组织的损害越大,被烧伤肢体的功能障碍也越严重。烧伤后遗症的疤痕形成、肥厚、挛缩,肢体功能障碍是最令人难忍的症状与体征。为探讨烧伤疤痕的有效治疗方法,本文总结分析38例,并分成音频治疗组(以音频治疗为主)22例与对照组16例。其观察结果经统计学处理.P<0.01,说明音频治疗烧伤疤痕有显著疗效。With the development of modern industry and agriculture and transportation, the domestic appliance and coal gas is increasingly. There is a tendency to increase burn. The larger the area and the deeper the depth of burn. the larger the damage of body's tissue and the more serious the functional disorder of limbs being burned is. The scar, thickening, contracture and functional disorder of limbs of burn's sequela is a symptom and sign of unable to bear. In order to study the effective method to treat the burn scar, this essay summarized 38 cases who were divided into physical therapy group (mainly use audio—frequency)which was 22 cases and control groupwhich was 16 cases. The statistical analysis showed that it has a remarkable curative effect(P<0.01) using audio audio—frequency to treat burn scar.
