摘 要:本文建立了水火电力系统有功无功经济调度的大系统分解协调模型,将复杂电力系统分解成火电有功、水电有功及无功三个相对简单的子系统,协调求解。求取协调变量λ时采用区间寻优法妥善处理火电机组越限问题。用网流法优化水电有功和无功子系统,并提出了一种特殊变费用系数网络的最小费用流算法,算例结果表明,本文模型合理且算法有效,经济效益明显。This paper develops a method for optimal active-reactiv dispatch in hydro-thermal power system by employing large scale systom decomposition and coordination theory. With the method, the overall problem is decomposed into problems of thermal-actiue subsystem, hydro--active subsystem and reactive subsystem, which are solved separately. These results are then coordinated by modifying coordination variables. This process is repeated until it converges to an overall optimum point. Besides, some techniques is introduced in calculating coordination variables, and a new network flow program approach for optimization of hydro-active.subsystem and reactive subsystem is present Nunerical reswlts shows the feasibility of proposed method.
